Machining Services
Vision Machine Products provides precision CNC Swiss machining services for a variety of industries including automotive, electronics, military, medical, and aerospace. We machine small parts of intricate and complex dimensions from a variety of materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, brass, steel, titanium, bronze, and plastic among others.
We have high speed machinery available featuring
multi-axis, automatic bar loading and CNC control. Prototype parts to high volume production, we produce components with consistent accuracy at competitive pricing.
Our CNC Swiss machines handle processes, including but not limited to drilling, turning, milling, boring, and knurling, along with, special processes such as broaching, threading, and slotting without multiple set-ups. All of our work meets the highest industry standards and are subjected to rigorous quality control, in process testing and post testing.

CNC Milling:
With our master machinists we offer high productivity and high efficiency in our milling department. Our DMN 400 II produces precise parts. Equipped standard with a 2-face locking tool system, a thermal displacement compensation system, and a direct-coupled spindle all provide high cutting capacity. Enabling us to complete your requirements with precision and quality to meet your specifications on time and competitively priced.
